Saddle Jinxed...

I’ve been hunting out of a saddle for over a month now. I’ve done a little bit of ground hunting and permanent stand hunting but mostly the saddle. Bow, muzzleloader and now rifle. The only deer I could have shot was young bucks and a very young doe, which I passed. Deer sightings have been down, but the sign is still there, I’m blaming the bumper crop of red oak acorns. Been hunting new spots, old spots, seen a few does I couldn’t shoot, and had a shooter 9 point get by me last weekend. Itching to get this monkey off my back! I’ve killed 2 does this year, one from a portable lock on and one from a permanent one. I feel like the saddle has jinxed me, lol... but I’m doing my best to put one on the ground, even if it’s a doe at this point...
