Curious to see the number people using Scentlok products and how many prefer Scentblocker. (Yes Scentlok owns both companies)

I use scent lok, don't know what the difference is between the two are now. Being secent lok holds the patten on activated carbon for hunting clothes.

Just Scentlok here. Didn't know they owned Scenkblocker thought. Learn something new everyday. I'm with jpastor1759 that Scentlok holds the patent so idk if Scentblocker can use activated carbon or not. If they don't use carbon I wonder what they use to justify having the name Scentblocker. Perhaps they use a natural scent deterrent such as merino. You have peaked my interest to do some digging.

What I've found...

Scentlok bought Blocker Outdoors. Blocker uses a few different scent control technologies, but they do not share the carbon alloy tech with Scentlok. Blocker uses a different carbon tech called cold fusion catalyst. They also uses what they call S3 technology which is silver infused material. Silver (and some other natural elements such as copper) is a natural bacterial killer. Killing bacteria then in turn keeps down the stink. I also found they have a fair amount of merino wool in their product line which is also a natural bacteria killing product.

Dont use either of those or ozonics. I do have a dead down wind puffer bottle so I can tell what the wind is doing. I wont say I dont believe those things dont have some merit but I cant justify the cost based on the merit. I wear camo cause it's my favorite color.

Camo is also my favorite color. I believe they have an effect. I also believe one layer is enough. Not every layer needs to be scent lok. I have chose to go with the outer most layer. I chose the Savanna so I can ues it all season and just change my layers underneath. Except for my rivers west of course when using that, that is my outer most layer.
