Season Warm up

Man, you're hunting the descendants of velociraptors. Maybe you should punch up your writing a touch to reflect the awesome gravity of this hunt....
Hmm perhaps you’re right. Take 2

Two roosters, both alike in dignity,
In fair Spring Hill, where we lay our scene,
From ancient flock break to new mutiny,
Where civil blood makes civil hands unclean.
From forth the fatal coxcombs of these two foes
A pair of star-cross'd roosters lose their life;
Whose misadventured piteous overthrows
Do with their death bury their parents' strife.
The fearful passage of their death-mark'd love,
And the continuance of their parents' outrage,
Which, but their 's end, nought could remove,
Is now the two hours' traffic of our stage;
The which if you with patient ears attend,
What here shall miss, our toil shall strive to mend.

How’s that?

Now the important stuff......arrow setup and % FOC....

Please

Gold tip trad 400 shafts, trad vanes 3 fletch, 200 grain bear paw two blade broadheads up front. Forget the length of the arrow but the total weight is 550 grains. Bow is 50 pounds at my draw of 26”. Was nervous that I would get adequate penetration lol. One of the arrows pinned a roo to the ground other was a complete pass through.

How do you like those Bearpaws on larger game? Looks like a heavier Magnus, or Steel Force.

The real question is did you shoot them out of your saddle? Also you should have posted your cooked bird pictures with your saddle and your weapon in it. Chicken Killa!!

Nah, I shot them from ground. Didn’t document with pictures due to son running away briefly when I killed his chicken. I do have a pic of cooked birds.

Ha, I thought we were taking about getting ready for deer. Good idea practicing on chickens to get ready for turkey season! We have a less restrictive fall season too! :tearsofjoy:
