I bought this a couple months ago and set it up in my yard a couple times to try out and that’s it, so it’s basically brand new, I did run my wood stove in it also, so it mite be like every hot tent and smell like wood smoke a bit, the ground was froze too so the stakes show some use as well, I never seam sealed it either, so also included will be the one tube of seam sealer Seek sends with all of the tents new. All the specs for the Cimarron can be found on Seek Outsides website. $375 TYD Paypal friends and family or a USPS money order no exceptions. I ship fast, usually the next business day after receiving payment and will forward all tracking info ASAP. $375 FYI this comes just as a new one would from Seek Outside, tent, 10 stakes, and one tube of seam sealer, NO guy out lines.
