I've been wanting to make my own saddle. I've used my wife's machine to sew plenty of times. My question is are y'all using home machines? I also remember reading something about a speed awl? I'm looking at buying proper materials for seat and cutting up some harnesses for all my straps. So what do I need to get this done?
