@skell - when you're ready to make these for my site let me know!
Ha! If only I had that kind of time! Between 2 little boys and a 6 month old lab puppy, I don't think you would like my production rate. I barely have time to make what I want for me!

If I were making them today I’d add the hookups like the sys hauler it’s genius. These were made before that, and I just used molle speed clips through the webbing.

Beautiful stuff man. Do you happen to have a sketch of the pattern? I am interested in how those side panels are cut
I sketched a plan before I cut the mesh but the bag portion has been done for a while now. I haven't had the time (or motivation) to work on it until last night so I don't remember exactly what the measurements were. I just did the top closure last night section last night to finish it off.

To the best of my memory this is the plan I used when I cut the mesh to make the bottom half of the bag. I used 1/2" grosgrain ribbon to reinforce the seams on the mesh.

This is what we call delivering. Thanks for adding the plans. You guys are giving me a lot to consider with all the various designs. Still waiting for @Darmstrong1223 to add his designs to the thread as well...

Pouch #2. My lines are not as straight as I’d like but it’ll do for a demo pouch. This pouch doesn’t look as nice as my other pouch but I like the functionality of this one better. Reasons- lighter, more compact when empty and will stretch more.
