I’ve been watching this site for a few months and after hiking my stand around the mountains I had had enough and decided to buy a saddle.

I ordered the CRUZR XC a week ago. Today I got the shipment notification. I realized that I had accidentally ordered the wrong size. I quickly called CRUZR and they were able to swap it out for me quickly before UPS came and picked up the package.
Also the fact that the phone rang and a real person answered and handled it……absolutely awesome customer service, I can’t wait to get out hunting in it.
 
They have excellent customer service. My lineman’s loops on the saddle were fraying a little and they sent me a brand new replacement that arrived 2 days later. All through emails. Very responsible. Love the company and love the saddle.

I have yet to get them to answer, but website says they are back up at least a week. Was thinking of trying one out since I didnt care for the phantom that much. I think the key is higher quality knee pads with a traditional saddle. Ive gotten too used to the Guidos Web/JX3 style.

It arrived tonight in the correct size, awesome customer service.
 
i'll probably order a second one next year and make my current one a backup

it's also nice to have a dry one to wear while the wet one is drying, if you get caught in some serious rain

I agree I called them today. We talked about the brokerage deal for Canadians which is a huge money saver.

I ordered an XC with back band and dump pouch. Will ship in a week.

I wish I never sold my asat flex.

Cruzr is an amazing company. I just had an issue with a tree tether, they sent a replacement two day ups. I’ll keep buying their stuff.

i had an issue with my order, i had ordered a black but then emailed and changed to a gray the next day

when i got the confirmation, it said black

so i called him, very nice and he assured me it was correct but a computer issue

ended up talking for 10 minutes

saddle showed up exactly what i wanted

he also adapted, when people wanted the cobra buckle on the waist
 
I bought one to try too. Ive read too much about the comfort of these not to try it. Wanting to move away from my Guidos Web, but its difficult due to how comfortable they are. I like the idea of being more compact though. And im really liking the wild edge steps as a climbing option.
 
Mine shipped 1 week from the day I ordered it just like the site stated. He answered the phone when I called and was super nice also. The Cruzr XC is an awesome saddle that I can sit in all day long.
 
I ordered wrong size. Called them to return and they shipped a new one to me that day, before I even shipped the one I already had. Got the replacement probably before they received my return. GREAT customer service and love the XC!!
 
They are awesome folks there. I had a package that was marked by UPS as delivered. But I couldn’t find it anywhere. I called and let them know this. They sent me a new one no questions asked.

Fast forward several weeks or months. Grandma discovers a box that she forgot about and brings it over. Low and behold. The lost saddle. I returned it to them asap and told them the story also.
 
Anytime I’ve had questions about my XC, I’ll send them a dm on their instagram page. Typically get a response within a few hours.
