Single pin sight

I will sell you a Montana Black Gold single pin if you want to try one out. After using the EZV last season i will never go back to a pin sight.

I went from a single to 5 pins. I've just encountered situations were putting my hand to the dial was just too much movement in situations when deer are looking at you. My top pin is a floater so if I have the time I can still adjust to exact yardage, but my pins are set so I don't necessarily need to.

I don't understand how you can use the EZV from elevation, I'm pretty sure it doesn't have a 3rd axis level. Going to be having some pretty -off- left and right shots if that's the case.

How do you like the tetra? That is one of them I am
Looking at
I like everything about it but one thing. At full draw I can't read the yardage tape without lowering the bow and picking my head up. Hasn't been a problem hunting. I always set it on 25 and that covers my effective hunting range but on my previous sight I was in the habit of checking the setting before I shot.

I find a single pin makes it so much easier to focus on my target, rather than which pin to look at. Single pin all the way for me! I just got a Trophy Ridge React Pro 1 and love it!

I've had my HHA sight for 3 years and love it. Set it at 22 and am comfortable up to 30 yards with no adjustments. Its so nice to only have 1 pin. I dont think ill ever go back to a multi pin sight.
Yes if you take the time to find out your yardage window, you can sight in so at point blank to X number of yards out, you can hold right on to the shoulder of the deer and there's no need to range estimate. The only thing is you need to know what that maximum yardage is and then when they step into that zone, you put your one pin on and the arrow will hit within the 8" vital zone of the buck. I've been doing this for years. So slider sights are great because you can use them for 3d in the summer or out west and then have a mark on the sight tape for your "one pin set up" and when you're stand hunting for game, you have your simple one pin set up to go by.

I have an HHA single zeroed at 20yds and can shoot from 0-25 with no hassles.

I have an HHA optimizer (single pin) as well. Great sight. I leave it at 25 yards walking in and usually the same when in the tree. I sometimes change that depending upon area and expected shots. If you shoot a fast bow, then it is a dead center hold out to 30 yards.
