The goals were:
Foam mod
Here I have found it is easier to just use the elastic on the ends. Add and remove the foam from the middle.

Molle loops on back specifically to hold two Molle pouches.
I made a few sizes including some smaller to clip 'biners or hoist rope to.

Attach via a clip to his RC.
Here I stitched in a buckle. And opposite that I made two different size loops to attach a carabiner that will clip to his RC. The top loop is custom fit to this carabiner.

Rolls up and attaches to itself for packing. Total weight with foam, biner and all is 14.5 ozs.

Nice work as usual. I love the one you did for me by far the best saddle for the time and money anyone could spend im my opinion.

Looks hand stitched? If so wow you have lots of patients and mad skills. Looks great.

No. that was done with a 1938-39 Singer 201 sewing machine.
They were made with all metal parts and can punch thru about 4 layers of webbing with nice tight stitches.
