Just had my first hunt out of my sit drag RCH and I'm totally hooked on saddle hunting. My question is if you've used a sit drag and switched, why? What am I getting with a commercial saddle. I should have the money to buy a different saddle next year so wanted to get this out there to start looking.

Nothing wrong with a SD/RCH if you’re happy. In my case, I appreciated the extra details of a purpose built product. Linemans loops were a little touch that made a big difference to my user experience. With companies like Aerohunter, I get a peace of mind that I am hanging from a solid piece of gear.

I love my SitDrag. I have a Mantis also, but I find the SitDrag is what I prefer. Easier to adjust while hunting and doesn’t feel like it’s crawling up like the Mantis.

That makes sense. I made lineman's loops with tubular webbing so that helps.
