Does anyone have any idea how G2 outdoors added the belt to his sitdrag

In short... webbing, buckle, and a sewing machine.

What specifics are you hoping for?

I don't know. This is how I did mine. Ignore if it is not informative.
 
This will be my first saddle and I’m paring it with a rc harness. Would it be best to put belt loops at the top of the saddle so it wouldn’t interfere with the rc harness?
