Skeletors' Climbing Height

I’ve never bought Tethrd gear from anyone but Tethrd so I can’t comment on an alternative source’s validity. Maybe someone else can?
I have an inherent dislike for ordering really anything. I like to touch and feel and have someone local to yell at if I get the shaft. LOL!

I wasn't laser focused on the Skeletors but I had it narrowed down to the Skeletors, XOP X2s and the Trophyline/Novix mini double steps. Just being honest it was probably going to be the XOP X2s because they had such great reviews and that price was hard to beat. No one local to me carries XOP and I was seeing "Sold Out" everywhere and Skeletors (Tethrd ALWAYS has a 10% code) wasn't much more and where I was heading, but they're all backordered too.

I called a few vendors that advertised the Skeletors in stock and when it got down to the nitty gritty they were all taking my money today and having them drop shipped from Tethrd who I know is back ordered.

In my heart of hearts I wanted double steps but really preferred the steps not fold up. I've had my fill of that with the Hawks, but would've taken it on the Skeletors. The Trophyline/Novix steps would've been right up top with the XOPs but they were $100 more than the XOPs, but out of stock as well.

I called my local archery shop that could be the best shop in the world. The owner is the President of our local ASA club and I'm the treasurer and I shoot for them. He gives club members great deals, officers of the club a bit better and then I also shoot for them and he owns a string company and I shoot his strings. If they sell a product and I'm interested I give them my business no questions asked and he shoots me straight and gives me good prices and I send a lot of business his way.

So I called him yesterday and asked if there were any sticks he could order and maybe get quicker than me. Traditionally they have never carried stands, sticks, etc. He said, "You know we carry a full line of Trophyline now? I got new sticks in the box here in the shop." HE gave them to me for the price of XOPs and I was there in 30 minutes. LOL!
