Sleep Apnea

Marine/RV battery solar charger is the way to go. Charge it during the day and good to go at night.

$70 on amazon I believe.

Out of curiosity, do all of you with sleep apnea sleep on your backs, or does it affect you in any sleep position?

If I fall asleep sitting up or on my back in bed, I wake myself up with a loud gasp every time. I typically sleep on my stomach, and I sleep well all night. Just wondering if position helps or doesn't affect it at all.

I recently had the sleep study done. I have “moderate to severe” sleep apnea. The Navy just ordered me a machine. There’s none available. I’m excited about having one someday. I’m very fit and not overweight.
Im curious. Did you ever have your jaw checked?
My lower jaw is or has been growing outwards for years now and is a big part of the apnea.
ask your dentist to check yhis out
