Has anyone used on of these along with a saddle? Seems to me it would go nicely with the Kestrel and not in the way like a normal backpack would be with your molle pack on your back. I could also see having your smaller things you wouldnt want to keep in your bag in the first place right at hand at your chest... cellphone, scentcheck, copenhagen etc.. no one like digging through your pockets for a grunt call or some dip when you're wearing your harness.. Just seeing if anyone has first hand EXP

I def like this idea. Not sure how fitting it would be during late season as I typically add bulkier clothing. Another cool option as John Eberhart mentioned in one of his books was the “bowhunter vest” as you could actually clip your bow to it

I would be concerned with anything on my left side coming in contact with my string. I ripped the flap off the pocket of my coveralls one time. Arrow didn't fly straight or far!

I haven't used a vest, but for the last couple of years, this kit bag from Hill People Gear has been my constant companion. It's great for the small things needed on every hunt: such as a release, compass, pocket knife, etc.
