Snow day boredom

Cleared snow twice including doing the neighbors driveway for her and sidewalks quite a ways in both directions and cooked. It’s what we do in the Midwest when we don’t own snowmobiles. If the forecast holds I’ll be at it tomorrow too.
Chili for lunch with a pound of beef and a pound of pork chorizo as the base, side of cornbread, big fan of that with a little bacon grease in a cast iron pan.
Chocolate chip cookies for the kids and their friends that were hanging out.
Pizza night at home, getting worn out of delivery fees and tipping being under-appreciated has led to more making things I used to order. Made a cheese stuffed crust, an all meat, and a pan style one in cast iron. Dough and sauce homemade.

Dang! Had I known I may have ventured out into the blizzard. And here I was painting, folding clothes, and dealing with my boys and their "brotherly love". Your day looks more satisfying!
