Hello all I've decided to get serious about this method of hunting. What is a cost effective way to DIY a saddle to my climbing harness? Sorry to say I can't afford a $300+ saddle rig. As I am primarily interested in using a DRT/SRT roping method to ascend the tree incorporating the saddle into my rig would seem to be most logical choice. Thanks in advance.

The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Getting a rock climbing harness and fleece sitdrag would be your safest and most cost effective route. Some of the other members here have more experience in this method than I do.
