So I bought some stealth strips yesterday. I have the helium (30") sticks. I bought only four strips and a hunting beast dvd (which I am looking forward to watching and wife isn't lol)... I was thinking... Does anyone NOT stealth strip both sides of the stick? I am thinking of stripping the parts that come in contact with other parts and not every centimeter of aluminum. Has anyone else only stealthed only the contact points?

I’ve tried that. And then just end up doing everything. I’m just not careful enough to keep from knocking equipment together. You’d be fine if you’re a little more patient than me.

Every time I have tried to save a buck or cut a corner, I end up spending double or working twice as hard. Spend the money and do the extra work and be happy with a great finished product.

If cost is your concern, I recommend using vet wrap on the areas you don't put stealth strips on. It is inexpensive and works very well. Very easy to remove too and there is no adhesive to leave a residue.

I had in the back of my mind, that I will more than likely end up ordering more strips for each stick until I saw some sound deadening adhesive mat in our garage. Gonna try that in crevices and see how it goes. Thanks for the feedback guys
