I liked the kydex clips until some how I broke one. Paracord loops tied on my saddle have been the most realiable for me. Not a big footprint and you just loop it around the step or stand-off. Easy on and off.

Agree - the kydex clips are good but not super durable. I switched to these … they are wire spring steel and just as quiet as the kydex clips even when metal objects hit them. But they’re indestructible. It’s a bear to wiggle them onto the molle, but once they’re on, they’re not coming off until you want them to…

I used the EWO clips all last season without issue.

These worked pretty well, just harder to remove the clips.

The TX5 clips are great, they’re what I’ve been using when practicing one sticking. Rappelling down, grab the stick and clip it to the saddle. Put one on my predator platform too, for when I want to bring the platform as well.

For carrying a Predator Platform, the clip from
Genesis 3D was great. The platform has to tilt it to lock it in and take it out, it doesn’t come off unintentionally. And it doesn’t swing which is nice too.

I use the nite-ize small S biners on my saddle. I have one on each side and one in the back. I cut off the wire gate on one side so I don’t have to fiddle with the gate in the dark. I have little loops tied into the top of my stick that I hang on the S biners.

I just use 5-6” loops of 4mm accessory cord looped through the molle loops. I have 3 of them total, one on each side of the saddle and one on the very back. They stay there whether I am using them or not. Don’t really add any weight or bulk at all, and don’t even know they are there unless using them. They work equally well for any of my sticks or platforms. One hand operation to get things on and off of the loop. Haven’t tried any third-party clips, so can’t speak to those. For me, those loops are so easy I’ve never had a reason to try something else.
