Stick to saddle attatchment

When I climb with sticks I use these.....loop the shock cord around the stick.... I use those little things to hold lots of things....very useful little piece of plastic
For anyone having a hard time envisioning how these things are used, here is a closeup while it's grasping something.

^^^ Are these beefy enough to hold full length Lone Wolf Sticks? Pictures holding sticks would be awesome, thanks!!!

I have some of these on a shooting pack and would never trust them for carrying anything with any weight like a stick.

I'll let @Weldabeast reply since he has first hand experience, but from ground level to hunting height? It seems doable to me. But I've never used this method personally.

I had 2 of those, 1 on each hip on my saddle... They hold my sticks just fine... Never tried full size. I don't really use sticks much anymore so they are taken off but It pretty self explanatory...wrap shock cord around the stick however it works best for ur brand stick... here is 1 that holds my bow holder and gear strap on the chest of my vest

These look interesting, an cheap enough to at least try. I have the genesis 3D stick clips (the ones that just clamp around 1" tubing) and they are in too much of a fixed position to climb comfortably. Also, I had a stick fall out of one and almost land on my bow at the base of the tree. Scary, and will not being using the stick clips anymore. This shock cord alternative looks promising, thanks for the replies.

What do you have your bow holder wrapped in? Is the vet tape?
