I have been processing the deer I harvest for a few years now. I have been doing the simple stuff, burger, steaks, roasts. However, I recently got a smoker and am wanting to be a little more adventurist. I have all the tools I need, aside from the stuffing tubes that I just ordered.
Anyone out there want to share their seasoning recipe(s) for jerky stick or breakfast sausage?
