I have been processing the deer I harvest for a few years now. I have been doing the simple stuff, burger, steaks, roasts. However, I recently got a smoker and am wanting to be a little more adventurist. I have all the tools I need, aside from the stuffing tubes that I just ordered.

Anyone out there want to share their seasoning recipe(s) for jerky stick or breakfast sausage?
 
I would suggest you pickup Warren R. Andersons book " Mastering the craft of Smoking Food" . Most meat processing companies sell premade packets of seasonings that are very good and are very simple, check out ConYeager.com.
 
I don't know if theres have a BassPro by you but that's where I got my stuff for making sausage.
