target acquired

I think you need to cull them both out of the gene pool. Need help? Seriously, those are nice bucks.

Awfully tight in the chest and lean in his midriff No older than 3 and probably more like a 2.5 yr old I would say.If he is one job them Government Freeloading WMA deer Blast Him!But if he is where you can a little restraint may pay off for ya.

Just realized the videos don't show on my phone. Is that for others too or just me?

They don’t work on my phone either.

Alright guys, for a southern deer I am leaning towards a solid 3.5 for both of them. These deer don’t bulk up near as thick as those northern/Midwest deer do.

Definitely a target

That’s the funny thing about Georgia. His original post said southwest Georgia which would put those deer at really nice 2.5 year olds. A 3.5 year old on the southwest side of the state should on average be easily outside the ears and weigh about 185. Southeast Georgia has really small deer on the islands and a huge island buck would weigh 120. Then as you hit the mainland a decent buck might weigh 150 but the occasional monster shows up around 200 but it’s almost like it was transplanted. 90 miles to the west on my bosses property a good buck will weigh 250 and rarely one will weigh over 300. But that same deer at 3.5 was still about 185-190. Sadly he wants to shoot 140” plus deer and while he grows obese deer most of his deer are mainframe 8s and it takes them a long time to reach 140” it’s a great place to go sit and watch 120” deer walk out of your life with a tear in your eye.

I'm going to look more closely at the videos. I think it's the same deer. I'll try to do some screen grabs.

I always have trouble aging from pics this time of year. I would put that deer from this year at 3 though. I can never tell if they are the same unless they have something distinguishable.
