Team 9 Thread

Tuesday evening and all day Wednesday are the next days I don’t have to work. Hitting a new to me farm that has resident does and a couple new move in bucks. It will be my first ever sit there. Fingers crossed for big Mo to make another appearance.

Been hunting hard guys...my brother passed a 120 buck last nite...the first 4yr old is getting an arrow...justcwaiting for the moment to happen...if I don't score today..ill be here nxt Wed thru Sunday on vacation...but every day out is a vacation as far as I'm concerned

Season is just starting to heat up bama...Bucks are just starting to show up earlier on trail cameras and that tells me the pre-rut is just a few days away. Haven't hunted here in my home state of Michigan I've been down chasing several good bucks down in Ohio. My twin brother saw the biggest three bucks together hes ever seen.....thats what happens when a state manages the whitetail resource the right way. Heading back this weekend
Michigan public land has been tough as usual. Can’t seem to get away from other hunters no matter what I do, and the deer seem to have gone into hibernation the last couple weeks. Hoping the rut changes my luck soon enough

Get deeper in the game area...once you get away from the crowds things should turn in your favor

My next hunt is Monday afternoon on a farm that has been pretty productive. Unless my daughter decides to make an appearance, then I'll be off the grid for a couple of weeks.
The hunt did not happen. Not because of baby, but my buddy had something come up and was not able to go. It was his access. Decided to punt fully instead of replanning some other public spot and get some honey do's done around the house. I might go out Thursday afternoon and/or Friday if Ellison holds off on her arrival.

keep at it. Gotta grind it out and find the fresh sign.

Found some great buck sign tonight. Big scrapes opened around it also. Hunting the next 5 days.

Set up on some fresh white oaks this morning. A big cold front pushed through last night in Bama so I am feeling pretty good. Set up quiet and early. Wind is just off so it’s gonna be tight but should work.
