I have to say, tethrd customer service in my book is 100%! I had an issue with my saddle. It was 1 month past my year of purchase….I sent them an email and receipt of purchase along with pics. They sent me a package slip via email and off it went.
Sent them my old saddle back, communication during the whole thing. Other day i got an email with tracking and they just sent me the new Tethrd Phantom Elite kit at no charge. I was using the Menace, but inspection revealed a flaw in the stitching on the inside of the saddle…
i know a lot of people hate on Tethrd, but they will continue to get my business. Stay safe and have a happy new year!!!
