Hey all, I ordered a Mantis from Tethrd on January 19. I have not received it. I sent two emails to customer service and I just get back an automated response. I can't find a phone number for them. Anyone else experiencing this kind of delay? It says 4 to 6 weeks on website and in auto response email. I'm getting frustrated.
