No I understand completely. I was the one to email back and fourth with you a bit. I was the one to mention that your photos didn’t load, and that we can’t see everything from a couple photos. But, I’m willing to figure out what went wrong and hopefully find a decent remedy to the situation.
 
Just as a clarification I was mistaken they had included the tracking ID in the email about shipping it back I just missed it
 
I literally hope this is the dumbest thing I read on the internet today.
I don’t know I may go to a political forum after this.

Just curious, Is it a "Money back guarantee" then, or just a return policy? A money back guarantee implies they are "guaranteeing" something- usually customer satisfaction of the product.
You can read as a good as I can. Probably better but call I guess it’s a money back guarantee return policy. I didn’t write it, or make it I just took a screenshot of the web page.

I hear ya--wasn't arguing with you at all--that is what it says. Just kind of misleading in my opinion. But that's just my opinion. You're right-They're guaranteeing to send you your money back if you return a new product within 30 days....

Its true, he'll rag on anyone :) And actually...never really seems to take sides.
 
Agreed, I’d stick to handling the customer service issues via PM . I don’t think there’s a ton of bias leaning one way or the other........ you may not get everyone to agree on anything though!
