I honestly think Zach is right up there with Aaron, but a tiny bit more aggressive and hilarious about it. I think my style fits more with Zach’s because I like to fidget in the tree and walk a deer down if I come across a trail, but I wish I could set up in “the right trees” the way Aaron does. I thought I knew how to read a map...and then Aaron and Zach taught me how to really read a map for deer and put my boots in the right places to see more animals.

I feel exactly the same about both of them. Both are flat out killers and just get it. Both have helped me get it the last few years. I've learned a ton from Aaron and there's never a time where he's got a hunch and I think "ah, I doubt it". It's always, "yeah, that makes complete sense". Zach's style is different than mine but I don't think he understands deer/hunting any less than Aaron does. I never expect them to fail and I think that's part of why everyone is always waiting for the next video. You just know they're gonna be in the thick of it and most likely get it done.
 
I stopped watching hunting shows because is was all just a big advertisement and pushed down your throat., THP has the advertisements but they do it with just enough of a push that its done and out of the way then the show begins. Its regular guys going hunting like any normal guy. Once I watched Rinnella it made me look around again and found Infalt then THP a few years back. Love the weekly updates, scouting tips and tricks and everything in between!
 
Tv hunting shows suck in my opinion. Every single one of them is walking around with newest bows. I was only able to kill this deer because of this amazing "insert food plot seed here" that I planted with my John Deere tractor. I wouldn't have been able to stay out in this cold without my redneck hunting blind etc etc

Meanwhile THP: scrape? Check deer trail check deer beds check. Oh darn no tree to get into, builds a blind out of branches and kills a deer.
 
Could not agree more. Love THP and the hunting beast. Hope they keep the public land challenges coming great stuff. Learning a lot from all of them. Especially Dan's strict scent control regimen...LOL

Yeah that’s all a little too risky for my blood

I’d go with thermacell, bug tamer suit & unscented chap stick for the squeaks
