I don’t know why I do the things I do, but sometimes I do them. I’ve used this on probably 7-10 hunts so far and it’s working pretty well.
I’ve got my ~25 feet of paracord pull up rope wrapped around a figure 9 carabiner, but I’ve also incorporated a HYS strap kind of system into it to act as my gear hanger.
I’ve added 2 little pieces of kydex with ears and spaced them out so that when you wrap it up, they act as the perfect ears to roll up the rope on. On the tree you can hang stuff on them. Anyway, works pretty good for me so far.
