The 3 lbs Podium platform is on sale this weekend for 99.99, normally 139.99. I talked to the owner a couple weeks ago and he said when they do an outdoor show they mark them down and he told about this weekend.
 
I really like the Podium. I have tested it out on a couple different trees and it is rock solid once you get the right tension on the strap. It took me a few times to get it right but with practice I will get it down. I walked all around the podium and it never moved. The size is about perfect for me. I wear size 12 boots and had no issue with feet not being comfortable and the width felt like it gave me the ability to get out and around the tree for multiple shot opportunities. For size reference I am 260.
 
I met Matt this weekend at the Madison expo. Great guy, lots of knowledge, and loves to build cool gear! My buddy got the podium, solid as a rock!
