Sorry bud I didn't see this. There really isn't a maximum other than what's limited by the length of the strap. As far as a minimum, it will work on as small as a 6" tree. Maybe even smaller. DIY sportsman did a video shipping it in some pretty extreme set ups including a pretty steep leaning tree.
