Yikes, don’t know if anyone where would recommend that set up haha. If your looking for rated tethers you have a lot of great options. Double steps.com, Aerohunter, wild edge, latitude outdoors, cruzr...
 
You can not. That was custom made for a guy who was mimicking John Eberhart’s old style tether which he made for himself.
