I bought mine Friday now it's Sunday and it hasnt posted as shipped yet which seems wierd with how everyonelses shipping experience was hope it gets here by Tuesday

They just got back with me I ordered on Friday and they will be shipping it tommorow Tuesday the following week not as fast as I expected
They don't do commercial pickups over the weekend, and they probably already had their scheduled pickup on that friday.Gotcha. I don't think UPS runs on the weekend. Don't remember seeing Brown on Saturday or Sunday.
Use the one that came with it. It works fineGonna take it out in the morning for the first time. Haven’t been able to sit on a tree due to weather. What should I expect using an oval (Kong friendly) carabiner with this 2 inch webbing? I figure it won’t glide like butter, but is it functional?
Give them a call. TL has awesome customer service. I received an email that they’re sending me out “swag” because they couldn’t apply discount code to my previous order. I was hoping they would provide a credit but they are sending me stuff. One of which is knee pads! That’s great service.

Can't you just call them? I've had perfect customer service so far on 3 calls.So Trophy Line never sent that “swag” they said they would send in place of a credit for coupon code I received one day after my purchase. I emailed Rep (out of respect I won’t disclose his name. Yet.) 2 times in past week and a half and still have not received a reply. So this recent customer service experience has changed my positive experience to a total negative!
