I recently placed an order for a platform and knee pads, apparently the knee pads went out of stock but wasn't reflected correctly on the website. I got an email this AM with a refund for the knee pads and a promise to ship some out for free when they come in stock. I didn't expect that, so while I'll have to wait and see how long it takes to actually get them, I did appreciate the offer.

speaking of the platform- order confirmation says processing/shipping within 2-3 business days. today is day 4 and I haven't received a shipping notification yet. I think I probably will get this notice today since the knee pad thing just happened. I'm not that upset about the delay as it's busy season and I'm guessing they got a lot of orders in the last week or so, but wanted to put the honest facts out there- orders may take a bit longer than promised to ship right now.

Update at 7 pm: just got a tracking #, projected to arrive tomorrow. Needle definitely swings further to positive direction now!
