People like a boat buckle type strap over a racthet due to the noise.

I need like a video clip on how to set them up and use a boat clip

I think you have to order a strap with a flat hook on it. You can order one from strapworks. I wish I was better at tagging people.

Flat hook do you have a pic of one?

You end up taking the cam that comes with it off. Feeding it through the OCB you order and the flat hook on the other end of the buckle. Get some tension on it and cam it over.
