Ground a bunch of shanks and scrap cooked em in a skillet with rosemary, bay leaves, garlic, salt, and pepper. Boild some potato to make mash topping. Threw in some carrots, celery, greenbeens, onions, and mushrooms after meat was less pink, let steam for a lil.. pre heat oven to 400, put meat and veggies in glass, added beef broth i made previously and top with homemade mash potatoes... bake for 35mins untill mash is golden... was so good it broke my mouth
