Vet wrap sticks on itself so I just stick it on itself. I never had an issue with it coming undone.
Same experience here.

Maybe it's the water? Canoe yoke, carabineers, and my bow grip are the spots I use it and it never seems to stay good. It really not big deal....just curious.
So does 3 to 1 heat shrinkHockey tape works really good on carabiners..
The stuff from TSC is fairly waterproof I come from a horse riding family and we used it to wrap the fetlock joint up to the cannon bone(Yeah I know weird terms) and we always had to cut it off after a long wet ride through the bluffsMaybe it's the water? Black is the only neutralish color. The rest are bright colors. The vet wrap I got from ewo didn't do good for me. Ill try the TSC next. Do they have it in camo at TSC?

Must've been all out when at my local store. I am not sure if there is much difference in the two brands.

That's a good idea. When i wrap carabiners, I cut off pieces that are only 1/4"-3/8" long and spiral wrap the 'biner with 3-4 of those pieces. That tape is really hard to cut straight in short pieces due to its strechiness.Pro tip for you guys. Slice the roll into the width of the diameter of whatever you are wrapping. It will wrap much better and go further.
So if you are wrapping 1" tubing, slice it into 1" rolls.
