What does everyone shoot? I shoot a 2008 PSE x-force super short, 26"ata, 65lb, walmart speedfreak arrows with 100 grain brass inserts and ramcats. I'm just curious if anyone uses super cheap equipment and have some bows they have been shooting for a long time.

Prime Centergy 29” draw at about 64lbs. Beaman arrows with 100 grain slick tricks total arrow weight about 425 grains crono showed 305fps the other day!!

Bear escape 26.5” @ 70#. The bow was cheaper than most flagship models, but more expensive than some. Vapor Trail string/cable set. FMJ 340’s. HHA single pin, bee stinger stab, HDX rest, Scott release. I hope to use this setup for many seasons. Strings will be changed out as needed

I still shoot my 2005 Bowtech Old Glory. 37"ata with a 30" draw, 60#. I upgraded to a vapor trail pro V limb driven rest, Trophy Ridge React H4 sight and added Bee Stinger front and back bars this year. I also restrung her. I do not shoot with a peep, so I rely on a Timberline No Peep to get me anchored properly. I do not believe that the company is around anymore. I use a D-loop and a release that looks like a thumb release, but the trigger is set up for the index finger. It is slick. No idea who makes it. I have had it for a long time. I always shot mechanicals but wanted to eliminate another possible point of failure this year, so I spent a lot of time tuning her. I have never had an issue with a mechanicals, but I figured it was just a matter of time. A broadhead just cannot fail. So, today I can shoot any broadhead out to 50 yards with total confidence. They all hit in the same spot as my my field points. I settled on 100 grain Wasp Drones. Arrows are Gold Tips. That bow has never shot as well as it does today. I have been tempted to put one of the new bows in my hands but this bow just draws so nice, and with my draw length it has plenty of speed and power.

Oh and yup..... I have been shooting my bow for a long time :)

2015 Mission Ballistic I bought off a FB group for $400
QAD HDX
65#, 28.5" draw
330 Easton Carbon Injexions
Iron Will 125 grain vented Broadheads

I have more money stacked in the quiver than I do the rest of the set up lol

I shoot whatever longbow or recurve I grab 50-75#

this year I also have a Mathews Triax

I have a couple older Mathews a LX 60# and an Outback 70#. After bypass surgery I couldn't pull the 70# for a full season. Also picked up a used Southern Crossbow rebel 350, but I've never hunted with it

Another Centergy here, 30.5" at about 65#. I put an IQ peep-less sight and a QAD drop away on her. Flinging Easton 330 BloodLines with Montecs on one end and FOB's on the other with a Scott release.

2018 PSE Stinger Extreme 60# @ 30"
Carbon Stalker Extremes w/ 2" Blazer vanes
Rage Hypodermic Trypans
or
Mossberg MVP Patrol .308 w/ Vortex optics and hand loads w/ 150 gr. Hornady SST

I shoot the legendary Bow of Artemis, forged from dragon's bone in the fire of a thousand souls. Passed down from champion to champion, it is said that whoever carries the Bow also carries the blessing of the goddess, and his arrows will always find their mark.

JK, pawned that thing last year and upgraded to an Elite Synergy. Killed a deer with it the very first day I bought it. Still had the receipt in my shirt pocket. So it's obviously got da'mojo.
