What is this bracket? (Trail Cam Mount)

Found a couple these in a bucket of junk that was my dads. It works really well for public legal cam mount. Just wish I could get more.

I bet if u go to the depot they will have something just like it but with 90 degree radius.....u could just hammer the square bracket to the angle of that 1 u already have....I'm sure they have the bolts and wingnuts also

Yeah I bought the bolts and nuts and everything. I was thinking about just welding a nut to a section of angle but this bracket was way simpler it had the holes and everything already in it.
