I’ll keep this in mind. I’d like to branch out on releases but I’m hesitant to try something out that I don’t know will revolutionize my shooting or hunting. I.e. for $200 I’d rather explore getting another saddle or platform.Have you guys tried the 2020 nock2it? They had it available for a couple hours and I purchased one. It delivered today. It is not like normal carter releases. The new zero travel cocking mechanism is really bad. A lot of dead movement in the trigger and cocking leveler when it is not cocked, also if you set the release too light it doesn't cock. And when I say "too light" I don't mean a hair-trigger, I mean still relatively heavy. It's listed on ebay as we speak.
I have a carter wise choice and the new nock 2 it is just absolute trash compared to it.

I’ve tried many, but keep coming back to the Little Goose, it keeps stacking them up every year.Probably going to be my Little Goose. I have a Silverback but I'm honestly not sure that I'd trust myself hunting with it. Also would probably lose it.
Yes, I've hunted with a nock 2 it for the last 3 years and just picked up a new one to have as a back up. My new one has some trigger travel that I can't adjust out. It will likely end up on the archerytalk classifieds. Old one is super crisp and zero trigger travel. Anyway, I'll probably be hunting with my spot hogg whipper snapper 3 finger closed jaw this season. I shoot it as a 2 finger and am just as accurate with it as the nock 2 it.Have you guys tried the 2020 nock2it? They had it available for a couple hours and I purchased one. It delivered today. I’ve used several different kinds from Scott release, Tru-Fire, Winn, & T.R.U. Ball. I found the most consistent and comfortable for me was the T.R.U. Ball max pro 4 thumb release. It’s worked flawlessly. It boils down to your style and what feels most comfortable. Hard thing is to find somewhere that you can try without buying if you not close to a pro shop. But I also found they like to push there favorite too. Good luck!I’m thinking about trying a new release after this deer season. What are you using and what do you recommend?
FYI- I’ve been shooting this for several years now and I would recommend to anyone, especially if they are interested in a thumb styleI’ve used several different kinds from Scott release, Tru-Fire, Winn, & T.R.U.
