I think I would feel safer with your part of that job!

I am a Credit Quality Assurance Manager for a bank. I examine loans after they are on the books, report their quality to leadership, and give feedback and challenge to the loan team for improvement. I've been in some type of credit underwriting for over 20 years (consumer, commercial, wealth, mortgage, specialty finance, etc..).
 
I work for Michigan State doing HVAC controls. We monitor all HVAC equipment for the buildings on campus, write programs for equipment, install new control panels, do energy conservation projects, answer trouble calls from costumers that are too hot or too cold. GO GREEN!
 
I’m a part owner of a small family owned construction business and I am starting with a tree removal company as there climber starting April 1st!

Thankfully I work for a small company and complete with those folks. It’s amazing what some of the folks like waste management and others do and get away with. Makes my job easier though
