Who climbs with their bow?

Can you, or should you?
For a variety of reasons I don't and won't unless it's a last resort.
I don't believe it safe to climb with 4 razor sharp broadheads strapped to my back.
Agree, same reason I’m trying to get away from two extra sticks hanging at my sides on the way up… odds are I’m not going to fall, but if I did, things escalate from just hitting the ground, to hitting the ground along with a pile of long unforgiving aluminum.

I used to always climb my climber with my bow in my pack. I've done it with the saddle but don't like it as much. Towards the end of the season I notice a gouge out of the string, in the split for my peep sight and another knick on an adjacent string. Can't say for sure but somethign told me it was a product of strapping it to my pack.
