Why your user name?

Nick name I've had as long as I can remember. Based on last name Swim. Ironically, I was the first one to actually learn to swim in my extended family. The rest of the Swim's are scared of water.

Prior to returning to Idaho I spent dang near half my life living and hunting in the northern Sierras and Cascades of People’s Republic of Kalifornia (the PRK). Aka Owyhee Kid, when I was a youngster we ranched in the Owyhee desert and Mountains.
Norkal

Live in northeast Ohio, and happiest when covering ground, as opposed to sitting around the house. I could live in a tent, that would be fine. Society and my wife won’t let me.

My user is Martian, my nick name as a kid, my last name being Marrs, well,,,

I was trying to think of a username and just kept coming back to this scene from Dumb and Dumber. Also my logo is from the MSU archery team, thought it looked cool. I work for MSU currently, huge Spartan fan(obviously).

Someone from Pittsburgh/western PA. Started out as a derogatory term referencing the immigrant working class, similar to hillbilly, but has come to be embraced as a title of endearment by the entire region.

Western PA dialect says yinz instead of yall or youz or whatever. I think America is better embracing such regional intracacies, rather than the boring azz wonderbread suburb I grew up in.

My family is from McKeesport PA

No way? You ever hunt here?

Ever want to hunt up here let me know. I actually think PA has some of the coolest hunting there is. Not huge bucks on every square, but a lot of really good bucks since AR implemented. Maybe it's home bias. I've been a lot of places and we have insane amounts of hunters, but also a lot of deer, tons of public land, and a possibly unmatched diversity of terrain to choose from.

Gcr0003 are my initials plus 0003. I was given this user name when I first registered at Auburn university. War Eagle
Sipsey- A remote little stream, not too distant, where I learned to swim, fish, hunt, camp and served an apprenticeship on the rear seat of a flat bottomed boat till I was a proficient paddler.

From an old Choctaw word, sipsi- cottonwood tree, they apparently named it for the trees that once lined its banks.

The same sipsey that runs through Bankhead in Alabama?

Born and raised in Kentucky. Currently live in North Alabama. Kenbama

What part of North Alabama?

it's been decades since I've been there but I'd love to hunt PA once before I get too old
