Wiggy's cold weather products

I also use the Lamilite socks. They have been the best socks I've worn for wicking sweat. I get away with using lighter boots for more of the season.

Do you find them wet on the outside but dry on the inside sometimes?

Wiggys update if anyone is interested. Exchanged my L mittens for M, and fit is nice. Got the size 9 sock. Went on a 2.75 mile walk early this morning, where I am at weather said 17 degrees and feels like 7 (whatever that really means). Wore the socks directly on skin, not even a thin tight sock under, and non-insulated Merino low cut hikers. With the mitts, worked great, never felt like I needed a hand warmer, finger tips fine, which says a lot for me. Feet never got sweaty or damp, not even close to cold, again for me that says much.
Now if I were to wear a medium weight sock (or heavier) under the Wiggys sock, a size 10 may be in order.
Very impressed on this first, albeit basic, test. For those that use Wiggys Laminate socks, do you wear a thin sock under them? I wonder how these will perform in an all rubber boot.
Wearing any other sock under the Lamilite sock will impede the advantages of the Lamilite sock. Wiggy's socks work so well at keeping your feet dry, adding any knit sock under it, regardless of material will absorb sweat and make your feet feel damp and clammy.

The outside will be slightly damp because it is doing the job of pulling moisture from the inside.

These have been nice to wear in my camper when the floor is cold.

If you guys think the socks work well, you should try the jacket or vest liners. These are amazing and one of the best items for hunters that Wiggy sells. They are light weight and intended to be liners for under your existing jackets to increase warmth and comfort. They don't have pockets or collars since they are "liners". We all know that John E cuts the collars off of clothes he layers under his outer jackets but with Wiggy's you don't have to hack up your clothes, Wiggy makes them the way a liner should be made. The vest liner compresses to about the size of a softball and really increases the warmth to any other jacket you've got.
I always tell them to use the quietest material they have to make them for me. I've got a black jacket liner and a coyote brown vest. Both are extremely warm and quiet. I ordered a camo patterned jacket liner and when I received it the liner the material was too loud and crinkly so I returned it and they sent me the black liner to replace it. It's awesome!!

How thick are the liners? Would they be the same layer (thickness and warmth) as what is in the Kodiac mittens?
No, they are a lot thinner than the Kodiac mittens. They are very light weight but incredibly warm for their weight. As far as adding bulk to your clothing, I'd say it's about equal to adding a sweatshirt just lighter in weight and a lot warmer.

Do you wear it against your base layer?
