Wiggy's customer service is about the worst I've ever dealt with. I returned an item over a month ago and had to call and ask for my refund. And they have the worst attitudes of any customer service I've ever spoke with. I will never buy from them again. Anyone else have the same experience?

Jerry doesn’t like returns.

The fishnets are not good products at all. They are junk. And it wasn't just him I had dealings with, it was a woman also.
I also didn't have a "good" experience with the fishnets, that's why I'm now using Byrnje... I couldn't even physically put my size on. I don't know that I would say that my return process was painful, but neither was it extremely easy or pleasant lol.

I can’t speak to the Wiggys fishnets, although your comments are echoed elsewhere on forums, but the Aclima fishnets I used this year were great, especially with a heated vest. I wouldn’t give up on them just yet. (Actually liked the first Aclima set I bought so much I purchased a second set, and a set of the Aclima double wool, too. Ordered and arrived later in the season so I haven’t tried out the double wool yet.). Anyhow, back to the Wiggys topic - as mentioned above, he doesn’t like returns. When in doubt about sizing it’s best to give him a call before ordering. Cantankerous. Some of the products have worked out well, others not so much. @ricky racer has had dealings with Jerry in the past and can provide his perspective.

The sizing was ok because I did call first (and my first conversation with them should have told me all I needed to know about them) but they were stiff and felt like having a plastic shirt on. They were unbearable. I have purchased the https://www.brynjeusa.com/product-category/base-layers/wool-thermo/ since and love them but you better read the care instructions before washing them because I shrunk mine, but they are still wearable. I haven't tried them in the cold since I shrunk them, and the holes shrunk in them so I'm hoping they work just as good as before.
