I ordered my wild edge steps Sunday afternoon. I have not gotten a confirmation email but I did get a receipt from PayPal. Has anyone else that ordered steps not gotten an email? Should I be concerned that he didn’t get the order? Only asking because just about every internet transaction gives a confirmation email.
 
Don't remember. I added an aider to my order a few days after I placed the original order and they were great. Just call or email, they respond right away. No BS, fast replies. Got my order the other day, you will love them.
 
You should have gotten a receipt from PayPal with a instruction to merchant order number. I also emailed them in regards to expected delivery time.
They emailed me back and said they where still on schedule for the 8-12 week delivery or whatever the backorder notification said on there site. Hope this helps and have a blessed day!
