Hey fellas, I lost my drill after having it for years. I back tracked and searched my path but with no success.
can anyone give me the dimensions of the tubing? I have access to material and have a bit. I need the tubing diameter, length, and depth of cut. I think it was 2.5” cut depth?

I've got a couple woodpeckers, let me check for ya. Honestly, just as easy to order one of the new treehopper mini drills. They're rock solid, and nice and quiet. Not as floppy as the woodpeckers...

I hear ya, guess I just figured a good machinist is more than $70 per hour

I made a copy several years ago. The aluminum body was the easy part. Welding the bit straight can be tricky.
