I am enjoying learning to one-stick this offseason, and have been using a dump pouch for my rappel rope. It is obvious this is not the right tool for the job, so I am looking at other options and would prefer to test things out on used gear before springing for the top of the line. Anyone have a roll pouch or other rappel rope options available?

I believe there was someone who made some, following in case they pop up

Part time gig but caught up. I have four patterns they are 60tyd f&f or 63g&s. Let me know

Anything specific you do not like about the Tethrd?
The fabric is soft and flexible which is good in a sense, I just wish it had a little more structure like cordura fabric or something. I would like it slightly bigger as well for when I use a stiffer rope like Canyon CIV

From what I've read your roll pouch is the bees knees. I'm attempting to try out some different options for rappel rope on the used market to see what's out there, but if I like the roll pouch best I'll be coming your way!

Can confirm, it’s the cats a$$. I like CGM as well but @beaston fits my style better.

FWIW I made a roll pouch for my one stick gear from a post on this forum. One climb and it was back to the dump pouch. Roll pouch look neat and all but drop pouch is just much easier.

The way the feedback is on Beaston's... I may have a deep EWO pouch for sale tomorrow when the roll pouch arrives.

As far as easier, that seems dependent on a few things. Frozen fingers made me regret having 38' of rope to roll up tight enough to get back into a dump pouch, that said though I did use it all season without any real issues. But when cold weather hit it was a royal pain trying to tuck the ropes back into floppy pouches

As expected @beaston 's roll pouch is the bomb. Extremely pleased with his craftsmanship. Plan on putting it though some hard use this year, I was looking for a stiff pouch that could cinch a one stick with platform tighter than a single G hook on the saddle. As others have mentioned Tethrd's was a little too floppy for that usage. This should fit the bill perfectly. Thanks again Bryan

Thank you. Hope it meets or exceeds your expectations.
