Thanks for the info. Not really a need just more of wanting to try one. Have 2 other sticks with platforms, just want to see how it stacks up. Figured I'd see if any are floating around first.

I keep alternating between a flat scout and the UP for one sticking. So far I think I lean a little more towards the UP. Don’t need an extra platform and it gives you comfort for sitting or leaning. That benefit outweighs the extra weight savings with the scout IMO. But I like having both. Scout is great for short hunts…UP for everything else.

I use a flat scout as well. Used all last year and love it. Also have a Catalyst ION which is also great. Have no plans on getting rid of either. Just want to try one first hand. Options are great thing. Didn't have many some years ago... lol

I started with a flat scout on a stick. I didn’t mind that at all. I however like the angled face of the UP. I have a scout solo angled I use for other setups and I like that as well. I will probably stick with the UP.
