John has an adapter that connects to the back and it will open the straps wider for bigger folks. That thing is cool

All you have to do is paste the youtube link in the the post and it will automatically display.
I'm no good with this stuff. Would you go to Autumnrider the hybrid on youtube and please show me a link. I've got one video on there.

Plastic, yes....... I don't know any ratings on the buckles, please contact John for that answer.
The buckles are like ones that are in most of my five point harnesses that come with climbing stands.

I can't wait for more info and website with details on this because I love my web and have always wanted something a bit lighter. Please keep us posted.

I want everyone to please remember that I am using John's prototype Hybrid. These buckles and other things are not finalized. He is still going to be making changes until he is happy with it. Please don't let the prototype shy you away.

Couldn’t stand it.I called Mr John and had a talk with him.He hopes to have some ready in the next couple of weeks.Looks like the end product is gonna go between 10 and 12 lbs depending. He also says since it wears like a pack you won’t feel your carrying much weight. He actually just sent me a video of him moving around on a pole in his shop.Way too cool.

Autumnrider, any updates from John on when the new web will be ready for sale and shipping out?
