Here is an idea Instead of using weights to squat, just do a slow isometric squat. You will get as strong without the weight on your back compressing. My legs were never as strong as when I wrestled. You were always in that stance.

Those were the days when I wrestled lol!!! I was a beast...now i just look like one lol!! Also, i have always been into martial arts i trained various styles and then trained one particular style of kung fu called Choy lay fut which was more of a combative style compared to some of the artistic styles out there. It was merciless we would sit in squat position i.e horse stance for extended periods of time minutes felt like hours. I think as a whole mind and body I was never stronger.

Crappie are part of the sunfish family. Perch belong to a different genera all together.

Local names catch on and stick. Like here in VA people call the Striped Bass, a Rockfish. Along the outer banks of NC “whiting” are called perch.

In Texas, any bream is called a perch....
Sunfish, yellowbellies, Red ears, bluegills, and rock bass are all “perch” to us.

Film debut might have to wait. Flinginairos and G2 are safe for now.

I'm going to take the heat off @bongo and post the video @bowhunter15 took at saddlepalooza. Thanks Garret. I know I'm going to get a lot of crap for this lol but if you guys can bear with me I want to put together the intro for the channel before I put it up.

When are you expecting to start this channel?
I'm hoping to get the bongo video up in the next couple days at least. Honestly, life is just really busy and the SH youtube channel isn't my top priority. Outside of home it's been a lot of work keeping up with this thread alone the past few weeks!

So in other words you were going to post it at the same time as the red squirrel aider video.

Which Garrett has a video of me doing too. I had been hoping to film a video of the way I was actually doing it with the wild edge stepps last year. The way I did it at saddlepalooza was thrown together for mininmal bulk/weight on the plane.
