Advantages of the Guidos Web

After some testing I am using a 12"webbing connected with a ring to orient the ascenderto the linesman loops with the Wichard shackles and using the 24" webbing as my bridge. I am using a Petzl ring open to connect a Petzl adjust for my linesman belt(lanyard). Going to go climb on it shortly and will report back.

Just got out of the tree and this is my setup- I have double bridges the one is connected to the main suspension points and the other joins the lineman belt loops. Both are made of Trefelberger Reep Schnur 10mm with double fisherman's knots on both ends connecting to the loops except the one for the linesman loops is connected to a pair of Petzl ring open. The one that I connect my hybrid srt device(rope wrench) has a ring to keep it oriented correctly . The linesman belt is made of the 10mm also and is running through a Petzl bridge adjuster and a biner on the other end. When I get at height I connect my tree tether disconnect the ascending device from the ring and attach it to my tether biner and then I have a backup. So far so good but will continue to test. If anyone can suggest a way to post some pics that would be great-I had a Photobucket account but they changed and are really lame now.
